KEEP COOL

Vital L-tryptophan and vitamins for the stressed and sensitive horse. For the reduction of stress reactions.
Properties of natural ingredients and additives: L-tryptophan, magnesium and the added vitamins are vital elements. Feed-based deficiencies can take the form of poor performance, irritability, nervousness and restlessness. Vitamin B1 (thiamine) plays an important role in carbohydrate metabolism and is important for the normal function of nerve tissue and heart muscle. Vitamin E (a-tocopherol) boosts cell metabolism and acts as an antioxidant to protect sensitive substances from oxidation in the horse‘s feed, in the digestive tract and metabolism. It is also indispensable for the structure of heart and skeletal muscles. Tryptophan is an essential amino acid which the body itself cannot produce and which the metabolism converts to, among other things, serotonin and nicotinic acid (niacin). Serotonin works as a regulator when the central nervous system is overstimulated and is fundamentally responsible for the well-being of the horse. An insufficient supply thus leads to a nervous disbalance and over-excitability as well as listlessness. As serotonin is quickly used up, a regular supply of tryptophan is absolutely necessary for the the horse‘s well-being. Food supplement for horses.
